Fit first

This is a delivery system, not a course. It assumes you can read code, run a terminal and own the result in front of a client.
A good fit

- You are comfortable in a terminal, with Git, and with reviewing what an AI builds before a client sees it.

How an engagement runs
Ten steps, from first call to ongoing care.
Every licensee runs client work the same way. The workspace has a surface for each step, and the Licensee SOP walks through them in detail.

Discovery call
Qualify fit. If it is a fit, book the Blueprint Session before you hang up.

Blueprint Session
60 to 90 minutes working through the Blueprint intake with the client. Book the review call before you hang up.

Blueprint review
Walk the blueprint through live. It is never sent ahead of the call. Scope and price are agreed here.

Recorded and matched
Fathom records the calls and the transcripts attach to the client and project on their own.

Blueprint and proposal
The Blueprint Builder produces the HTML blueprint and proposal with payment options, shared by link.

Contract
The Contract Generator drafts the agreement from the same scope, with ownership and continuity terms.

Kickoff
The client pays and signs. Run the right Auto Builder and send mockups for approval.

Build
Claude Code sets up the database, hosting, logins, the repository and the bug fix pipeline from the kickoff prompt.

Verify first, test as a real user, add the client and show them how to submit requests.

Checkout is not open. Applications are reviewed first, and the license is offered after a fit call. Financing is available; ask on your call.

Continuity for your clients
Offer your clients a monthly continuity plan for automated bug fixes and feature requests. The program sets a minimum; you can price above it.

Why can I not pay on the site?
The program is new and its legal structure is under attorney review. Until that review is complete, Knight Ops takes applications only. The agreement published here is a draft and is marked that way.
Do I work under the Knight Ops name?
No. You run your own business under your own name and brand. You may show a small "Built on Knight Ops" attribution.
Who owns the client relationship and the code?
You own your client relationships and contracts. Client systems are built on accounts the client owns, following the Knight Ops continuity standard, so nobody is locked in. The build system itself, including prompts and templates, stays Knight Ops property that you license.
How is the 3% override collected?
When a client pays through your connected Stripe account in the workspace, 3% is collected at the moment of payment and the rest goes to you. Revenue billed outside the system is reported monthly.
Will Knight Ops send me clients?
No. Knight Ops does not supply clients or leads, and makes no promises about revenue or income. Training covers how to win and serve clients; the business is yours to build.
What do I need before I start?
A computer you can run a terminal on, a Claude subscription with Claude Code, a GitHub account, and a Stripe account for your business. Onboarding covers the rest.
