This is a delivery system, not a course. It assumes you can read code, run a terminal and own the result in front of a client.

A good fit

  • You run an agency or studio with clients today and you want to deliver software without hiring a dev team.

Discovery call

We qualify fit, and book the Blueprint Session before hanging up.

We spend 60 to 90 minutes working through the Blueprint intake with the client, and book the review call before hanging up.

We walk through the blueprint live rather than sending it ahead of the call. Scope and price are agreed here.

Fathom records our calls, and the transcripts attach to the client and project on their own.

Lock today's price with a $1,000 deposit

The license price is likely to go up. A $1,000 deposit holds today's published price for you for 12 months, even if it rises. It is credited in full toward your license fee.

  • Client hosting, database and domain bills, which your clients own.
  • Third-party tools you choose to add.

Continuity for your clients

Offer your clients a monthly continuity plan for automated bug fixes and feature requests. You decide whether to offer one and set your own price.

Deposit terms

  1. The deposit is $1,000 (USD), paid to Knight Ops through Stripe.
  2. Price lock. If you sign a Knight Ops license agreement within 12 months of paying the deposit, your license fees will be no higher than the prices published on this page on the day you paid: $15,000 for setup and year one, $1,000 a month or $10,000 a year from month 13, and a 3% platform fee on revenue from client systems built on the platform.
  3. Credit. The full deposit is credited toward your license fee when you sign.
  4. No license yet. A deposit does not grant a license, access to the system or any right to use the Knight Ops name or marks, and it does not oblige you or Knight Ops to enter into a license agreement. A license exists only under a license agreement signed by both parties.
  5. The deposit and price lock are personal to you and cannot be transferred. One deposit per applicant.

How do I get started?

Apply on this page, then book a tech call with Daniel. Read the Knight Ops License Agreement any time. Once your deposit is paid or your application is accepted, you sign it online by typing your name; your license starts when Knight Ops countersigns, and the balance of the fee, less your deposit, is invoiced then.

What does the $1,000 deposit do?

It holds today's published license price for you for 12 months, even if the price goes up. The full amount is credited toward your license fee. See the deposit terms.

What is a Sponsored Builder?

Knight Ops will select up to five builders to sponsor toward the cost of the license. Use the same application, check the Sponsored Builder box and tell us why you should be sponsored and why you need it. We talk it through on your tech call.

Do I work under the Knight Ops name?

No. You run your own business under your own name and brand. There is no Knight Ops branding, badge or attribution on your work or your marketing.

Who owns the client relationship and the code?

You own your client relationships and contracts. Client systems are built on accounts the client owns, following the Knight Ops continuity standard, so nobody is locked in. The build system itself, including prompts and templates, stays Knight Ops property that you license.

How does the 3% platform fee work?

It is 3% of all the revenue you earn from client systems built on the platform (builds, continuity and maintenance), however you bill it. When a client pays through your connected Stripe account in the workspace, 3% is taken automatically at payment. Revenue you bill any other way is reported by the 10th of the following month and paid within 15 days.

Will Knight Ops send me clients?

No. Knight Ops does not supply clients or leads, and makes no promises about revenue or income. Training covers how to win and serve clients; the business is yours to build.

What do I need before I start?

A computer you can run a terminal on, a Claude subscription with Claude Code, a GitHub account, and a Stripe account for your business. Onboarding covers the rest.

Is financing available?

Financing options through third-party providers are available to qualified applicants. We go through them on your call.
