Knight Ops License · ways to start

Pick the way in that fits your cash flow. The license is the same.

Every path gets the full build system, one builder seat, monthly group training and the 30-day onboarding plan. The price does not change; how you get there does. Your fit call is where you choose.

Five ways to start

1 · Paid in full

$15,000 for year one

Best price. One payment.

Covers setup and the first twelve months. From month 13 the license is $1,000 a month or $10,000 a year.

2 · Financing

A lender pays Knight Ops up front

You repay the lender monthly

Through Commas, subject to approval. Always offered before anything Knight Ops carries.

The financing link is shared on your fit call.

3 · Monthly, with the 90-day guarantee

$5,000 down, then $1,000 a month

Plus $2,500 down and $500 a month per extra seat

Do the work in the first 90 days and, if you are still not net positive against what you have paid, the monthly payments pause until you are. Details below.

4 · Revenue share

Pay the license from what you bill

A: $5,000 down, then 20% until $20,000 is paid
B: $1,000 down, then 30% until $25,000 is paid

A share of what you bill on projects built with the system, until the total is paid. For agencies with clients today who can name their first two. Written into a signed Special Terms Addendum. Standard terms from month 13.

5 · Scholarship seat

Starts at zero cost

$0 down, then 40% until $30,000 is paid

Limited, and seats open as paid licenses come in: about one scholarship seat for every three paid licenses. When the seats are full you join the waitlist; a referral who licenses moves you up. Never conditional on promoting Knight Ops.

The 90-day guarantee on the monthly plan

The guarantee is simple: if you put in the work and the license has not paid for itself yet, you do not keep paying for it until it does. "Paid for itself" means the client revenue you collected through the system is at least what you have paid Knight Ops so far, not the whole license fee.

To request a pause you need all five of these done in your first 90 days:

Onboarding call completedBooked from your welcome email and held with your Knight Ops rep.
Success call completedThe call where we walk through the client process and build your prospect list together.
Materials reviewedThe Operating Manual, the Sales Playbook and the demo. You tick this in your workspace.
15 prospects identifiedIn the prospecting board inside your workspace, with a next step on each.
5 sales calls completedDiscovery or blueprint calls you held with prospects, logged on the board.

Then, if your collected client revenue is still below what you have paid, you request the pause from your workspace. Knight Ops reviews it within two business days. While paused you keep full access, the monthly payments stop, and they start again the month after you are net positive. The total you owe does not change; the clock does.

The guarantee covers the monthly payments on the monthly plan. It does not refund money already paid, and it does not apply to paid-in-full, financed or revenue-share licenses, which have their own structures. The signed agreement and its addendum govern.

Seats, one rule

The first seat is full price. Every seat after it is half price, on every path. Sales seats for your own reps are free and do not use a license seat.

SeatsPaid in fullMonthly planFrom month 13
1$15,000$5,000 down + $1,000/mo$1,000/mo

Plus a 3% platform fee on client payments processed through the system, the same for every license no matter how many seats.
