Sign your Knight Ops License Agreement
For applicants who have paid the $1,000 price-lock deposit or whose application has been accepted. Signing takes about a minute. Your license begins when Knight Ops, Inc. countersigns, and the invoice for the license fee, less your deposit, follows then.
The key terms, in plain words
- $15,000 for setup and year one, paid at signing (less the $1,000 if you locked in your price), unless your Special Terms say otherwise. $1,000 a month (or $10,000 a year) from month 13, charged automatically, and a 3% platform fee on all revenue from client systems built on the platform, however you bill it.
- You run your own independent business under your own name. There is no Knight Ops branding on your work, and you set your own prices and methods.
- You can use the system to build for your clients, for your own business, and to build your own products under your own brand.
- The license is for your business only: no sublicensing or sharing it with other agencies or builders, and no building a similar system to license to others (sections 2.3 to 2.5).
- The playbooks, prompts, templates, training and build process are confidential and copyrighted. Keep them private, and return or delete them when the license ends (sections 7 and 10).
- Knight Ops does not supply clients and makes no promises about income.
- You can cancel within 14 days of the start date for a full refund of the license fee, if you have not yet logged in to the workspace.
- Price increases are limited to once a year and 10%, and you can leave instead.
- You share our mission: impact on autopilot for purpose-driven organizations, so they can spend their time on the transformations that elevate consciousness. You hold that as the filter for the clients you take on.
- Knight Ops may suspend or end a license that operates out of alignment with those values and standards, after written notice and a chance to respond (section 14.3A).
- Disputes go to negotiation, then mediation, then arbitration.
