I don't come from a tech background. I come from operations. I've run teams, managed P&Ls, and built the dashboards and systems that turned struggling businesses into top performers. That operational DNA is what makes Knight Ops different from every other dev shop.

I started at Hertz Car Sales as a salesperson, moved to finance manager in six months, then store manager, then regional manager. As store manager, I built the scorecards and accountability systems that made my location the #1 store in the country across every KPI. As regional manager, I scaled that playbook company-wide.

After that, I became VP of Operations for a fractional CFO overseeing 7 companies. I managed operations across all of them, built dashboards tracking ~$100M in assets, and optimized a nightly client review process from 4 hours down to 30 minutes.

I founded Knight Ops because I kept seeing the same problem: talented coaches, consultants, and agency owners crushed by disconnected tools and generic solutions built by developers who never ran a business. I build differently because I think differently. Operations first, then technology.
